CISRI launched the project which reforms and upgrades packing strap production lines
Three production lines for middle/high tensile packing strap developed independently by CISRI have been put into operation since 2004 in Tangshan, Jinzhou and Beijing. Products are provided to Tang Steel, Tianjin Tube Company, Bxsteel and other steel enterprises in Liaoning and Hebei province. The fourth packing strap production line which has same level with the imported line in Baosteel is now being built in Jilin province. Two invention patents of production process and equipment of this line have been applied.
We can provide improvement project as follows:
- Changing production line for 800MPa grade strap into 900MPa grade strap;
- Changing production line for 800MPa grade strap into 1000MPa grade strap;
- Upgrading backward equipments including electric resistance furnace and lead bath furnace; reducing the production costs; eliminating environmental pollution;
- Adding painting equipment into production line to make it can produce painted strap;
- Reforming winders to produce super oscillated coil (500kg) and meet the requirement of automatic packing machine.
